Joshua Jackson and Mary-Margaret Humes reunite at the Barbara Berlanti Heroes Gala Benefitting F Cancer on Saturday (October 3) at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 48-year-old actor and the 72-year-old actress co-starred in the drama series Dawson’s Creek.

Also marking the Dawson’s reunion at the event were creator Kevin Williamson, production consultant Julie Plec, and executive producer Greg Berlanti, who attended with his husband Robbie Rogers and their two kids.

The event is held in honor of Greg‘s late mother, Barbara, who passed away in 2017 due to complications from lung cancer. The gala “honors those who are making a real impact in the cancer space, in honor of Barbara Berlanti, and supporting F*** Cancer’s early detection, prevention, and psychosocial initiatives.”

“My mother, Barbara Berlanti, dedicated her life to giving back to others. Lung cancer took her life too soon, but I know this work being done in her memory would give her immeasurable peace and happiness,” Greg previously shared in a statement. “May this program give others the greatest gift of all – more life and time with the people they love.”

Greg and Robbie serve as Chairmen of the event, which honored Katherina LaNasa, Kevin Williamson, and Jason Collins this year.

If you didn’t know, Mary-Margaret was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2007, and revealed it last year after a private battle many years prior.

She opened up about her own diagnosis after her Dawson’s Creek son James Van Der Beek was also diagnosed, and ahead of a Dawson’s reunion to benefit James and F Cancer last September before his passing earlier this year.

Many stars stepped out for this weekend’s Heroes Gala, including The Pitt creator R Scott Gemmill and stars Noah Wyle, Shawn Hatosy, Gerran Howell, Fiona Dourif, Katherine LaNasa and husband Grant Show, Taylor Dearden, Brandon Mendez Homer, and Laetitia Hollard.

Also in attendance were Octavia Spencer, Julian Grey, Tanner Hagen, We Were Liars‘ Elysia Roorbach, Jim Rash, director Kyle Newman and Cyn, Yvonne Orji, Arrow‘s David Ramsey, Joely Fisher, Matthew Lillard, All American‘s Bre-Z, Julia Schlaepfer, The Flash‘s Danielle Panabaker, Lisa Ann Walter, and Chloe East.
