Brandi Glanville is mourning the loss of her father, Guy Glanville.

The 53-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared the sad news on Saturday (October 10), revealing that her dad had passed away at the age of 77.

“My dad died, I’m gutted I hate this life right now,” Brandi wrote on X.

Brandi did not share any further details about her father’s passing, and a cause has not been publicly announced.

Back in May, Brandi revealed that Guy had been hospitalized for nearly two weeks.

“Been completely off the grid,” she wrote at the time, explaining that her father was in a hospital cardiac unit and asking followers to pray for him.

Brandi and her father previously appeared together on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition in 2018, where they addressed difficulties in their relationship.

Although they left the show on good terms, Brandi later revealed that they had stopped speaking after the episodes aired. Their relationship eventually improved.

Following the news, former Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan offered her condolences.

“So sorry you are going through this Brandi. Sending love and strength,” Sonja wrote in response to Brandi‘s announcement.

Brandi is also known for her appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and The Traitors.
