The first two names debuting at the UAE’s hotly anticipated gaming resort bring a celeb hotspot and a world-renowned chef to Ras Al Khaimah
Wynn Al Marjan Island is one of the UAE’s most exciting new developments, set to become a transformative resort for dining, entertainment and experiential luxury in the region. And as the Spring 2027 opening of the 5.1 billion dollar integrated resort draws closer, the first two restaurants have been unveiled – and they’re bringing some serious star power to Ras Al Khaimah.
Those familiar with Wynn Las Vegas can look forward to dinner, drinks and dancing at the UAE’s very own Delilah, a celebrity-adored venue from the same team behind LA hotspot The Nice Guy. Also joining the culinary portfolio will be a venue from globally renowned chef Alain Ducasse, who will present a dazzling new French-American steakhouse.
Destination Delilah
A decadent supper club that books out months in advance at Wynn Las Vegas, Delilah will bring imaginative dining, opulent design and expertly curated entertainment to Wynn Al Marjan.
Transporting guests to some of the world’s most beloved supper clubs of the 1950s, Delilah will lace New York glamour with the glitz of Beirut’s yesteryear. A space that shapeshifts from pre-dinner cocktails to effervescent dinners and early-hours revellery, Delilah will become one of the hottest spots to see and be seen. Within this convivial, captivating ambience, Delilah’s eclectic menu will include signature dishes from the original in Vegas, as well as RAK exclusives that celebrate regional ingredients. It will be paired with elegant cocktails, nightly live music and a strict no-photos-please policy.
A culinary icon
Spanning two floors, complete with super-sized windows that gaze out over the resort, Alain Ducasse will inject his signature French flair into a reimagined steakhouse. Dazzling design and gourmet gastronomy pair to create a dining experience that’s all about impact, blending innovation and tradition.
For starters, think duck foie gras brioche and cheese soufflé, followed by a premium collection of steaks that can be paired with a choice of sides and sauces. For dessert, options like Baked Alaska will be flambéed tableside, further adding playfulness to this dynamic culinary experience.
“The culinary experience we’ll create will radically reinvent the steakhouse concept by boldly reinterpreting the American classics with a contemporary French flair,” Alain Ducasse said of the yet unnamed steakhouse.
More to come
Joining Delilah and the new concept by Alain Ducasse will be a flurry of global cuisines and sensational new culinary experiences. Mediterranean, Greek, Japanese, Indo-Persian and Lebanese restaurants are all expected to join the foodie line-up, bringing a mix of homegrown and international concepts to Wynn Al Marjan island. A RAK iteration of the chic Vegas cocktail bar Aft, and a reimagination of the show-stopping Lake of Dreams show (called Sea of Dreams at Wynn’s debut beach resort) will bring a slice of Wynn Las Vegas’ iconic hedonism to the UAE’s shores.
All dining experiences are brought to life under the expert curation of Todd-Avery Lenahan, Wynn Design and Development’s President and Chief Creative Officer. “Every element has been conceptualised to surprise guests and surpass their expectations, to create a singular resort they’ve simply never experienced before,” Lenahan explains.
