Slow Horses Season 6 focused on the Slough House agents after their department and personal records are erased from MI5’s official database. The last episode ended on a cliffhanger, leaving audiences curious for the next one. However, there won’t be any fresh episodes this week.

Why there’s no Slow Horses Season 6 Episode 7 this week

There’s no Slow Horses Season 6 Episode 7 this week as Season 6 has ended.

Season 6 aired its final episode on October 21, 2026. It showed River informing Lamb of Coe’s death and leaving for Taverner’s safehouse. Further, Lamb pushes Natasha to frame Cantor as a double agent and mastermind of the Kazan assassination as a scapegoat instead of Sid. Taverner tricks Cantor into running away, which allows Lamb to catch him.

Harkness and his mercenaries end up attacking the safehouse. During the chaos, Flyte wounds Harkness, and he eventually kills her. Lamb forces Carton to order Harkness to stand down. Carton is handed over to the Russians, and Jane shoots Louisa in the warehouse and nearly kills River before Harkness finishes her.

River talks to his father before allowing him to leave as the Dogs arrive. Diana Taverner incriminates Judd for treason to the Home Secretary. The Slow Horses arrive at the church to honor Coe.

The episode drops a shocking twist after River finds Sid at David’s house. He struggles to breathe and collapses from poisoning after touching a tire iron possibly laced with a nerve agent. It appears River is dead, but viewers have yet to receive confirmation.

Fans have been wondering if a new episode would be released this week to solve this mystery. However, Season 6 has ended with this cliffhanger. As such, fans need to wait for the next season to find out whether River is alive. Slow Horses has been renewed for Season 7 and is expected to release in September 2027.

Slow Horses is available for streaming on Apple TV+.
