FusionCare AI is pioneering the first AI-powered obesity care network, an integrated, plug-and-play solution for scaling obesity care across the healthcare ecosystem. The company’s ambition is to transform existing healthcare delivery into high-performing obesity care centers, without requiring new infrastructure. Its “obesity care in a box” solution, combines AI-powered automation, patient engagement, precision clinical workflows, and GLP-1 medication management into one seamless platform.

GenServe.AI provides a HIPAA-compliant Gen AI platform that enables health systems to develop, validate, and deploy multiple AI-powered solutions at scale. Its platform integrates zero-trust security, AI governance, and the first health AI Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) framework to facilitate seamless adoption. It also reduces liability risks associated with AI by offering implementation science and assurance labs. It provides AI applications and copilots for administrative, clinical, and research use cases, such as policy automation, patient education assistants, and AI-powered scribing.

Vasowatch Inc  Maternal mortality in the U.S. is the worst in the developed world. Health inequities are growing. Black women die at over three times the rate of white women. Postpartum hemorrhage is the leading cause of death in Labor and Delivery. Studies show up to 90% of these deaths are preventable. Vasowatch offers clinical decision support technology to improve the birthing experience. Its proprietary technology for labor and delivery provides continuous monitoring of a mother’s risk for postpartum hemorrhage, the leading cause of maternal deaths globally. The technology provides 10 times greater predictive accuracy hours ahead of delivery, saving lives and averting complications by 40%.

HealthEMe Inc. aims to address critical challenges in healthcare by emphasizing early access to evidence-based care, ensuring timely interventions to prevent patient deterioration and reducing costly treatments. Its platform simplifies the complexities of care transitions, providing patients with essential information and support to maintain continuity and minimize risks. By leveraging intelligent triaging systems, the company optimizes wait times and prioritizes urgent cases, ensuring healthcare resources are effectively allocated for better outcomes and satisfaction. Additionally, HealthEMe empowers patients with chronic illnesses by granting access to their health information, enabling informed decision-making, and fostering collaboration with providers. This holistic approach enhances patient autonomy, improves care quality, and drives better health outcomes.

iHealthScreen Inc.  (iHS) has a market ready product iPredict, an AI and telemedicine-based HIPAA compliant software (class II medical device) for automated screening, prediction, and referral of individuals at risk of developing late age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy (DR), glaucoma, cardiovascular heart diseases (CVDs) and stroke. iHS received CE certification, and MHRA UK, TGA Australian and Abu Dhabi Health approvals (Class II medical device) for AMD, DR and glaucoma screening. FDA submissions are made for AMD and DR tools, locked the clinical trials and are expected to be FDA cleared by the mid 2025.

Pear Suite Health plans are desperate to contract with community health workers (CHWs) to close care gaps and address the social drivers of health. But CHWs, often based in community organizations, lack the tools and expertise to become in-network providers, safely share healthcare data, and submit claims, preventing these partnerships. To fully engage hard-to-reach Medicaid, Medicare, and D-SNP members, the company sees a need for turnkey solutions to partner with CHWs. With an all-in-one platform, community organizations can now support members with SDoH screenings, health education, navigation, and resource referrals in a sustainable, person-centered way. Its provider network helps health plans build network capacity while addressing care gaps, at scale.
