Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle alum Emily Miller announced that she’s pregnant and is expecting twins with Cam Holmes. The reality TV star broke the news in a joint video post with her husband and co-star, with whom she already has a son.

Emily Miller and Cam Holmes announce new pregnancy

On Sunday, February 15, the Too Hot to Handle Season 2 couple, Emily Miller and Cam Holmes, took to Instagram to announce that they’re expecting twins. They posted a short video along with a caption, “2 more to adore. Due 23.08”

The video opened with Miller and Holmes, both dressed in matching white-and-blue outfits, walking with their 19-month-old son, Reggie. In the next scene, the couple helped Reggie put on a sweater that read “BIG Brother.” Meanwhile, a voice-over of Miller speaking to her son played in the background. 

“Reggie, what’s in mummy’s tummy?” the 31-year-old asked her son. He responded, saying, “Baby.” She then asked, “And how many?” The toddler replied, “There’s two,” as a clip showed Miller holding up two ultrasound photo sets to her son.

The video then cut to Holmes holding his son as he kissed Miller’s stomach. She continued in the voice-voicer, “That’s right, bubba. Mummy’s got two babies in her tummies.” The video concluded with Reggie kissing her stomach as well. Their post has garnered well-wishes from co-stars and followers alike.

Emily Miller and Cam Holmes met on Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle Season 2, which was filmed in late 2020 and aired in 2021. Although neither won the show, they developed a strong relationship. In June 2024, they announced the birth of their first son on Instagram.

While the couple is preparing to welcome two more children to their family, they recently got engaged as well. On October 7, they shared the news with a joint Instagram post with a caption, “IT FINALLY HAPPENED.”
