Shanti Celeste is back with a new album. The Bristol-based, Chilean DJ and producer will release Romance on May 16, via Peach Discs and Method 808. The album breaks new ground for Celeste, who sings lead across the record for the first time. Listen to “Thinking About You,” written in tribute to a late friend, below.

After years establishing herself as a household name in European clubs, Celeste released her debut album, Tangerine, in late 2019, shortly before the pandemic stalled the nightlife industries. Her Club Celeste series at London venue the Cause continues on May 17 with a day-and-night party featuring Daisy Moon, Gabrielle Kwarteng, Lishy, and Celeste herself, among others.
