Grammy Awards 2025: How to Watch the Ceremony and Red Carpet
Machine Gun Kelly is ready to celebrate music.
Nearly two months after news broke that the "Lonely Road" musician and his pregnant fiancée Megan Fox broke up, he made his first public outing ahead of the 2025 Grammy Awards in his daring new look.
For the 67th Grammy Awards pre-Grammy Gala Feb. 1, MGK arrived in a gray barbed wire-patterned sweater vest that showed off his black-out tattooed arms. He complemented his top with wide-legged black pants accessorized with a silver chain and black shoes. He finished his look by tying his long blonde hair in a small half-up, half-down ponytail.
The 34-year-old has kept a low profile since multiple reports that he and the Jennifer Body's star called it quits just one month after Megan confirmed her pregnancy. However, he seemingly addressed prying eyes into their relationship on Instagram, captioning a Jan. 28 post, "how can 'sources say' when the sources haven't said anything."
Megan and MGK, who began dating in 2020 and got engaged in January 2022, had navigated difficult chapters in their relationship. In fact, the former previously confirmed that she and the rapper had called off their engagement at one point.
"All those things you said were accurate things that have occurred," Megan told Call Her Daddy's Alex Cooper of their romance timeline in March. "And I could see them being confusing, or interesting to people, and them being like, 'What's up?'"
And although the couple had been open about their relationship, the Transformers actress—who shares kids Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green—wasn’t interested in divulging more than she wanted.

"I think that what I've learned from being in this relationship is that it's not for public consumption," she explained. "So I think, as of now, I don't have a comment on like the status of the relationship. What I can say is, that is what I refer to as being my 'twin soul', and there will always be a tether to him no matter what."
But they have given glimpses into their dynamic. For instance, MGK previously praised Megan for her support in their relationship.
"The relationship allows me to leave the spaceship and give myself to the cosmos," he told Dave Franco for Interview in November 2020. "I have a partner who has the rope and can yank me back to the space station. But I don't want to look at the rope. And I don't want to feel the rope. I want to be like, 'I'm leaving the space shuttle and I'm going to f--king go to Mars.'"
