Lindsie Chrisley was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Georgia.

Page Six can confirm that Chrisley, 36, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday around 2 a.m. She was booked at county jail and released around 4:30 a.m. after posting bail, which was just under $6,000.

She was charged with driving under the influence, attempting to elude, reckless driving, improper lane change and speeding.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” alum told TMZ she plans to fight the charges, claiming she was pulled over after she was trying to avoid an accident.

“I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was,” she told the outlet.

Page Six reached out to Chrisley, but didn’t immediately receive a response.

Last month, Chrisley’s now ex-boyfriend, David Landsman, was arrested in Georgia on charges of felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor battery. The two both asked the court for temporary restraining orders against each other following the incident.

Earlier this month, they agreed to a “mutual no contact order” requiring both sides to stay 500 yards away from each other, their homes and workplaces, according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

Last week, Chrisley said she was planning to be celibate for a year.

“I think that that genuinely is, like, the healthiest thing in this moment that I could do,” she said on her podcast, “The Southern Tea.”

The reality star has one son, Jackson, from her previous marriage to Will Campbell. The exes were married from 2012 to 2021.

Chrisley stepped away from “Chrisley Knows Best” in 2017 and has had a rocky relationship with her father and stepmother, Todd and Julie Chrisley.

Back in September 2021, she said that she will “never” reconcile with her estranged family — including half siblings Savannah, 28, Chase, 29, and Grayson, 20 — after Todd talked poorly about her in the media.

“Through therapy over the last year, I had just been advised by my therapist to not tune in, to not follow along on social media, things that were being posted because it’s triggering to me,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “So, I try to distance myself from that as much as possible.”

“However, I was told many things that have been said,” she added. “And it’s hard not to want to respond to those things. Because some of the things that have been said either are just categorically false or maybe the intentions I don’t feel are pure.”

Todd shares Lindsie and son Kyle, 34, with his ex-wife, Teresa Terry.
