Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayLaura Prepon Reveals She Left Scientology Five Years Ago
Laura Prepon is facing new allegations from her ex.
Six months after their breakup was confirmed, the That 70's Show alum's estranged husband Ben Foster has accused her of "inappropriate marital conduct," according to an amended divorce petition obtained by In Touch March 21.
Foster—who initially filed for divorce from Prepon in September following six years of marriage—alleged in his new filing, per the outlet, that the Orange Is the New Black actress was "guilty of such cruel and inhumane treatment" that made living together "unsafe and improper."
Additionally, the Hell or High Water actor—who previously cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for their split, according to his original petition obtained by People at the time—asked the court to enforce the pair's prenup and determine a custody agreement for the couple, who share 7-year-old daughter Ella and a 4-year-old son whose name has not been revealed.
In response to the amended filing, Prepon, 45, denied Foster's allegations of misconduct and filed her own counter-complaint against her ex accusing him of "habitual drunkenness," according to court documents also obtained by In Touch. The actress also requested primary custody of their children and for their child support agreement to be enforced, per the outlet.
E! News reached out to reps for Prepon and Foster for comment but has not heard back.

Prepon and Foster, 44, first sparked romance rumors in 2016 and confirmed their engagement a few months later. After welcoming their daughter the following year, they tied the knot in 2018, which Prepon announced with a sweet social media message.
“Just Married,” she wrote on Instagram at the time, alongside a photo from their wedding. “Thank you for all the love and support. Wishing all of us the good stuff!”
Since then, their relationship has remained mostly out of the public eye—especially when it comes to raising their two kids.
“Everyone is different with [posting] pictures of their kids,” Prepon told People in 2018 of her decision to keep her children out of the spotlight. “No judgment, do your thing. It's a personal thing. But for my husband and I, that's where we do remain extra private, is when it comes to our kids.”
