Kourtney Kardashian plans on giving Jennifer Lawrence the sister treatment.

Last November, the 36-year-old Oscar-winning actress took part in Vanity Fair‘s Lie Detector Test where she called the 47-year-old reality star “more annoying than ever.”

“Everything has to be an announcement,” Jennifer explained, referencing Kourtney‘s vibe in season seven of The Kardashians. “‘I’m not gonna wear outfits anymore.’ Just wear whatever you want. Don’t make an announcement about it. Or, ‘I don’t have a TV in my room.’ Just don’t watch TV. Stop announcing it.”

During the season 8 of the Hulu reality series, which premiered on October 8, Kourtney revealed that Jennifer sent her an email addressing the dig.

“She’s like, ‘I just feel like I’m one of your sisters,’” Kourtney told pal Simon Huck, “and when I rewatched it, I was like, ‘Oh, it’s not that bad actually.'”

She then joked about her infamous, explosive fight with Kim Kardashian, which aired back in 2020.

“I said to my mom, ‘OK, she thinks she’s one of my sisters, I’ll f–king slap the s*** out of her,'” Kourtney jokingly said to Simon.

“I was like, ‘Invite her over, and we can—I’ll go for it like she’s my sister,'” she added.

While she was able to shake off Jennifer‘s comments, Kourtney admitted she was overwhelmed by all the scrutiny she was facing at the time.

“It was also a sensitive week when she sent it,” Kourtney explained. “I felt like our show was airing and everybody was ganging up on me.”

She went on to say that Jennifer‘s email was “so nice,” noting that while she hadn’t had a chance to respond yet, she was ready for a face-off.

“I’ll just say, ‘Next time you wanna come over, we can go at it, Kourtney and Kim style,'” she joked.

If you didn’t know, Jennifer has been close friends with the Kardashian-Jenner family for years and Kris Jenner even attended her 2019 wedding to Cooke Maroney.
