From Kevin Hart’s sci-fi game adventure to other new titles, this week’s Peacock releases have arrived.

Arriving on August 25, the live-action Borderlands movie centers on Lilith, an outlaw who heads back to the wild planet Pandora. She joins forces with a group of misfits to track down Atlas’ missing daughter, facing off against aliens, bandits, and a dangerous secret along the way.

Leading the cast is Cate Blanchett as outlaw Lilith, alongside Kevin Hart as Roland. Jack Black joins them as the voice of Claptrap, Ariana Greenblatt as Tiny Tina, and Florian Munteanu as Krieg. Jamie Lee Curtis plays Dr. Patricia Tannis, with Édgar Ramírez as Deukalian Atlas and Gina Gershon as Moxxi.

Additionally, Season 62 of Days of Our Lives premieres exclusively on Peacock on August 24, 2026. The season opens in Salem with high-stakes medical drama, major community milestones, and the return of legacy characters, as the Horton, Brady, and DiMera families face their next trials.

For horror enthusiasts, this week’s Peacock releases bring The Woman in the Yard. Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, this psychological horror follows Ramona. She’s a widowed mother grieving and living with her two kids on a remote farm. Their quiet life ends when a silent, veiled figure appears on the lawn and whispers, “Today’s the day.”
