Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department deputies discussed Keegan Allen’s “assault” in 911 dispatch audio exclusively obtained by Page Six.
On Thursday night, Allen was attacked while in the parking lot of Laurel Supply, a high-end grocery store in West Hollywood, Calif.
We heard dispatchers communicating about an “assault” at 8445 Santa Monica Blvd., where Laurel Supply is located, shortly before deputies responded to the scene just after 9 p.m.

A rep for the LASD told us the call for service was placed for a “robbery.”
“Upon arrival, deputies contacted a male adult, who stated he was approached by two male adults dressed in black clothing. One suspect pointed a silver handgun at the victim while the other pointed a knife and demanded the victim’s watch and bracelet,” the rep said in a statement.
“Shortly after, the victim was struck in the face with the handgun. The suspects obtained the victim’s watch and fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.”
The victim, 37-year-old Allen, “sustained a laceration to his forehead,” which he showed off in a graphic Instagram video immediately following the attack.
LASD noted that LA County Fire also responded to the scene and medically evaluated the actor but that he was not transported to the hospital.
Allen was later admitted to an unidentified hospital under the assumption he had suffered a concussion, per one of his comments on Instagram.
“I was just robbed of my watch. I’m outside of Laurel Supply,” the out-of-breath “Pretty Little Liars” star said in the selfie-style footage as blood dripped from his head to his face and neck.
“Can you call the police?” he asked someone off camera.
Security camera footage from the attack then flashed across the scene as Allen explained, “These two dudes hit me in the head. Pointed a gun at me with a knife and then took off.”
Allen said the suspects “had masks on” as he held up his bloody arm to show that they “took [his] watch.”
