As early as this week, we’re opening the late pledge and pledge manager for HOOD: Troubles in Sherwood. This is your chance to jump into the adventure, and still pick up exclusive content that won’t be available later.
HOOD takes you to a darker, more twisted version of medieval England, where Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham are only part of the story. Four rival factions are fighting for control of Sherwood and its riches: the rebellious Outlaws, the ruthless Sheriff, the corrupt Bishop, and the scheming French Nobles. Each faction plays differently, with asymmetrical abilities, distinct upgrades, and its own way to win. One steals from the rich to help the poor, another builds monuments to pure vanity, while others spread titles, influence, and corruption across the land.
Every round is tight and purposeful. You have just three actions, and aim to move, fight, capture enemies, and expand your influence. The board itself changes as the game unfolds, unlocking new options and new threats. Growth is powerful, but it never comes for free: every upgrade strengthens your rivals as well. Conflict is constant, interaction unavoidable, and control is the key to victory.
With strong asymmetry, evolving gameplay, and tension that builds from the first turn to the last, HOOD: Troubles in Sherwood is a game about smart moves, hard choices, and fighting for every inch of Sherwood.
