Prime Video has released the official trailer for Hazbin Hotel Season 2, the highly anticipated next installment of the hit adult animated musical. The series is expected to return on October 29, with two episodes rolling out weekly through November 19.

What is Hazbin Hotel Season 2 about?

“Following Charlie’s victory against Heaven’s army, the hotel is booming with new residents. Though, to her dismay, many are not there for the right reasons. As resentment against Heaven brews and sinners realize they can fight back, there are plenty of sinners looking to capitalize on the growing tensions: namely, the overlord trio known as ‘The Vees,'” reads the synopsis for Season 2. “Whilst Charlie struggles to maintain the Hotel’s goals and protect her public image, the Vees (led by Vox) make a plan to take over Heaven, placing themselves at the top. Meanwhile, in Heaven, the angels must deal with the repercussions of Sir Pentious’s redemption and their own part in the previous atrocities committed against Hell.”

Hazbin Hotel is created, executive-produced, and directed by Vivienne Medrano, based on Medrano’s popular animated pilot from 2019. That video gained more than 92 million views on YouTube. The show features the voices of Erika Henningsen, Stephanie Beatriz, Alex Brightman, Keith David, Kimiko Glenn, Blake Roman, Amir Talai, Christian Borle, Joel Perez, Jeremy Jordan, Lili Cooper, and more. It is a production by A24 and Bento Box Entertainment. Since making its debut in 2024, the first season has received a Certified Fresh score of 78% on Rotten Tomatoes.
