Halle Berry’s ex-husband Olivier Martinez stormed out of court Tuesday during closed testimony in their domestic violence restraining order hearing.
Page Six can exclusively report that Martinez, 60, exited the courtroom at at Los Angeles County Superior Court looking agitated and distressed alongside his lawyer, Patrick Baghdaserians.
The French actor could be heard using profanity during an animated discussion with Baghdaserians regarding testimony before the two made their way to the restroom, returning roughly five minutes later.
Jon Hay — a staff member at the school Berry and Martinez’s 13-year-old son, Maceo, attends — was set to testify in closed court Tuesday. Hay previously raised concerns about Maceo’s behavior at school, according to a recent court filing.
Berry, 60, also took the stand Tuesday. Martinez is scheduled to testify as well.
The judge agreed to close the courtroom during any testimony involving the minor child.
As Page Six previously reported, the former couple has maintained their distance throughout their court appearances, with both trading cold glares Monday.

Maceo testified in person for nearly four hours on the first day of the hearing, and Berry’s 18-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, is set to testify later this week.
Aubry, the daughter of the “Monster’s Ball” star and model Gabriel Aubry, 50, previously came to her mother’s defense, claiming in a court declaration she had “never seen my mom hit, slap, choke, grab, or physically abuse Maceo in any way.”
Martinez filed for a temporary restraining order against Berry and requested sole custody of their child earlier this month.
In the filing, Martinez accused Berry of being violent toward their son while her fiancé, Van Hunt, was present.
Berry’s attorney, Marina Beck, issued a vigorous denial of the claims, calling them “entirely meritless and deliberately misleading.”
Martinez and Berry married in 2013, the same year they welcomed Maceo, before separating two years later.
The hearing will continue Wednesday.
