Halle Berry is stepping out with Van Hunt amid her ongoing legal battle with ex Olivier Martinez.

The 60-year-old Oscar-winning actress arrived at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday (October 19) alongside her fiancé for a hearing connected to her custody dispute with Olivier in Los Angeles.

In the photos, Halle wears an oversized black blazer with coordinating black pants and sunglasses, while Van walks beside her in a dark suit.

Why Was Halle Berry at Court?

The hearing is tied to Halle and Olivier‘s ongoing custody dispute over their 13-year-old son Maceo.

Earlier this month, Olivier obtained a temporary restraining order after accusing Halle of physically abusing their son. Halle has denied the allegations, and her attorney previously called the claims “entirely meritless and deliberately misleading.”

A judge previously allowed Maceo to testify in the hearings regarding the restraining order request.
