Alaia Baldwin Aronow is now being charged, years after an arrest.

The 33-year-old older sister of Hailey Bieber has been charged with four criminal misdemeanors following an arrest in Savannah, Ga, according to E! News.

Alaia was arrested back in February 2024 after an altercation at a night club, where she was accused of throwing her tampon at an employee.

On Monday (January 26), she was charged with simple battery, simple assault, battery and criminal trespass, and her arraignment is set for April 23rd. If found guilty, Alaia faces up to a year in jail on the battery charge.

According to the police report, Alaia had an altercation with two bouncers and a bartender, and there is security footage of “forcing her way into the locked employee bathroom,” despite being told there was a public restroom next to it.
