Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayGypsy Rose Blanchard is looking back on her final moments with Ken Urker before his tragic death.
Blanchard exclusively told Page Six that she unknowingly saw her ex for the last time when she surprised him with a Burger King delivery in September.
“During one of our exchanges, I decided to surprise him with Burger King,” Blanchard recalled. “I pretended to be a DoorDash driver and left his food outside his door.”
The mom of one shared a screenshot of their playful text exchange from Sept. 22, which showed Urker thanking her for the unexpected meal.
“You may leave me a five star review,” Blanchard jokingly texted him alongside a photo of the food sitting outside his front door.
“Omg ur so crazy lol,” Urker replied, adding, “Even got me a Hershey pie 😂,” referring to one of Burger King’s infamous dessert options.
“Thanks 😊,” he wrote before Blanchard responded, “You’re welcome.”
Looking back on the lighthearted interaction, Blanchard admitted she had no idea it would become one of her final memories with Urker.
“It was such a simple, silly little moment, but one that now means more to me than I could ever put into words,” she told us. “I didn’t know that would be the last time I would ever see him in person.”
The 35-year-old said she now cherishes the seemingly ordinary exchange as she continues to mourn Urker’s death.
“Looking back, I’m grateful that one of my final memories of Ken was something lighthearted, thoughtful, and filled with kindness,” she shared.
“Sometimes it’s the smallest moments that become the most precious memories. I will carry that one with me forever.”
Urker was found dead inside his Louisiana home on Oct. 1 — his 34th birthday — after concerned family members requested a welfare check.
Authorities discovered Urker lying unresponsive in his bed, with drug paraphernalia, a syringe and a handgun found at the scene.
Blanchard previously told People she believed Urker died of an overdose, though she did not know whether it was intentional.
An official cause of death has not been determined, pending toxicology results. Authorities have said there were no signs of foul play.
In the wake of his death, Blanchard also claimed Urker had endured relentless online harassment, which she believed negatively affected his mental health.
The former couple, who first connected while Blanchard was serving time in prison for her role in her mother’s murder, rekindled their romance in 2024 and welcomed daughter Aurora that December.
However, she and Urker separated shortly before his death.
Blanchard and their daughter, now 21 months old, later attended a private viewing for Urker. Blanchard has also been invited to attend Urker’s funeral in Texas and has discussed holding a separate celebration of life in Louisiana.
