The 8,000-square-foot property, located in the Mandeville Canyon area of Brentwood, was initially listed in May 2024 for $29.99 million before experiencing price reductions. Despite selling below the original asking price, the transaction was still highly profitable. Paltrow originally bought the home with her ex-husband, Chris Martin, for $9.95 million in 2012.

Originally built in the 1950s and remodeled in 2009, the single-story home spans two-thirds of an acre. It features six bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen with double cooktops, and a wood-burning oven. The home also boasts high ceilings and expansive windows, allowing natural light to flood the interiors. Reclaimed wood floors and patterned stonework add to the estate’s charm. Outside, the property is surrounded by mature trees and tall hedges, ensuring privacy.
