Why Travis Kelce Won't Be Joining Taylor Swift at Grammys 2025
This ain't Texas, ain't no hold 'em, so the stars at the 2025 Grammy Awards laid their cards down, down, down, down.
In other words, music's biggest names rocked the red carpet outside Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles as they turned up for the recording industry's most star-studded night Feb. 2.
Hosted by Trevor Noah for the fifth year in a row, the 2025 telecast was reimagined in the wake of the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles with the aim of raising funds to support relief efforts and aid music professionals impacted by the destructive blaze.
But it still featured the faces—and voices—that fans of pop, R&B, rap, rock and country know and love.
Beyoncé unsurprisingly held all the cards when it came to the nominations for this year's ceremony, with her Cowboy Carter earning a stunning 11 nods and making her the artist with the most Grammy nominations in history, a jaw-dropping 99 in total.
Proving she can do it with a broken heart, Taylor Swift clocked in with six nominations for her latest effort, The Tortured Poets Department, while Post Malone, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar and Charli xcx each picked up seven a piece. (Check out all the winners here.)
And the competition for best dressed star at the Grammys was equally as fierce.
As always, the pressure is intense to select something that's, as Fergie would say, G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S, but still cool enough to stand out on a carpet that's featured everything from Jennifer Lopez's famed cut-to-there Versace to Lil Nas X's pink Versace cowboy suit.
And we haven't even touched on that time Lady Gaga arrived in a plastic egg-shaped vessel, spending three days inside to get herself in the right headspace ahead of her performance.
Just last year, Dua Lipa was ready to dance the night away in a custom metallic Courreges number selected because it "just makes me feel very strong," she explained on Live From E!: 2024 Grammys. "I feel ready for my night."
And if you're ready to see how the rest of music's big stars turned up the volume on the Grammys red carpet, keep reading.
