Ghosts is coming back for Season 6, but fans are going to have to wait a little longer than usual for the regular season.

CBS previously renewed the hit comedy through its sixth season, which will premiere as part of the network’s midseason 2026-27 schedule sometime in early 2027. An exact premiere date has not yet been announced.

Before then, fans will get two hour-long specials: a Halloween episode on October 29 and a Christmas episode on December 10.

The show follows married couple Sam and Jay as they operate Woodstone while living alongside the many ghosts who inhabit the estate.

The show’s longtime stars are returning, while one recurring actor has officially been promoted to series regular for the new season.
