Paige Herschell says goodbye to Jacinda fans after leaving General Hospital

Paige Herschell confirmed to Jacinda fans that she is leaving General Hospital.

The actress took to her Instagram stories to thank her fans for their love and support while confirming her exit. She posted a picture holding a bouquet. “Thank you @generalhospitalabc for giving me Jacinda. I’ve loved every moment with her, on stage and off,” she wrote. Moreover, Herschell thanked fans for their “sweet messages and encouragement” as she felt overwhelmed with their kindness. “I’ve loved sharing this journey with you all. If you need me… I’ll be in the character closet,” she concluded.

For the unversed, Herschell joined GH as Jacinda in April of last year. Jacinda was a paid escort who was hired by Nina and Portia to drug Drew. Her role was supposed to be short-term, so she left the show with Jacinda banished to Australia. “I thought, ‘Okay, well that’s that!'” Herschell said about her exit to Digest. She continued, “But I had so much fun with everybody that I was just left feeling like, ‘Oh … that’s all? I want more!” However, Herschell was eventually brought back to the show.

Jacinda was back in September 2025 when she agreed to pose as Michael’s love interest to provide him an alibi for the night of Drew’s shooting. However, the two began dating for real. On Tuesday, August 11, 2026’s episode, Jacinda’s role finally concluded. Willow took a restraining order against Jacinda to keep her away from young Wiley and Amelia.

Jacinda decided to drug Willow’s coffee, but she was criticized by Michael, as Willow would pull the custody from him. Michael broke up with Jacinda and asked her to leave the town. He funded her new life, and Jacinda left following an emotional goodbye.
