Furthermore, Wiley calls Willow on her phone, revealing that she has the same ringtone that Kai and Trina heard on the night of the shooting.

While the identity has come to light, none of the other characters on the show know about this truth. So, it’s reasonable to think that the show will play around with this plot for a little longer before Willow is officially found guilty.
