Strawberries, yogurt, and granola are layered in single-serve containers for a fun grab-and-go (and guilt-free!) treat that’s as wholesome as it is delicious!

- Flavor: Creamy, sweet, and crunchy strawberry yogurt parfaits will be on repeat all week long.
- Difficulty: This recipe is so easy that the kids will beg to make their own parfait creations.
- Recommended Tools: Small mason jars are the perfect size for single portions and will showcase all the colorful layers.
- Budget Tip: This is a great recipe for adding leftover fruit or that last bit of cereal in the box for a crunchy topping.

Ingredient Tips for Strawberry Parfaits
- Yogurt: Greek yogurt holds up better than regular yogurt, but any variety and flavor will work in parfaits. Use low or non-fat yogurt for fewer calories (it won’t affect the texture or flavor). Plain Greek yogurt tastes great too; try sweetening it with honey or maple syrup.
- Strawberries: Fresh or frozen strawberries, strawberry preserves, or strawberry pie filling can be used in this recipe. Frozen berries don’t need to be thawed for meal prep.
- Granola: Choose your favorite crunchy granola, or make homemade granola, chocolate granola, or a fun, seasonal pumpkin spice granola.
- Toppings: Not a fan of granola? Leave it out or use crushed cereal, coconut, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or extra strawberries. Dress them up with a sprinkle of chocolate curls, crushed Oreos, or mini chocolate chips if desired.
Favorite Variations
- Experiment with different yogurt flavors like strawberry, blueberry, coconut, lemon, or layer any combination of flavors.
- Swap out the strawberries for your favorite fruit because any fruit will work in parfaits, and this is a great use of fresh fruit when it’s in season!
- Make a dessert-style parfait with substitutions and swap out the yogurt for ready-made cheesecake filling or Jello pudding, and stack cubes of shortcake or butter cookies with strawberries and top with whipped cream and crushed vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs on the top!

- Any container works for this sweet treat, but clear glasses or mason jars will showcase the colorful layers even more for Instagram or Facebook pics.
- If using coconut, nuts, or seeds, toast them first in a dry pan until they’re just fragrant. This intensifies their flavor and prolongs their crunchiness!
- For a bump in protein, blend your favorite protein powder with the yogurt.
- If prepping ahead, layer the parfaits up to the final step of yogurt and add the granola topping just before serving to preserve the crunch.
