Kylie Jenner wants her daughter to celebrate her curls.
In Jenner’s latest YouTube video, the makeup mogul bakes Halloween cookies with her two children, 8-year-old Stormi and 4-year-old son Aire, while decked out in matching Hanna Andersson pumpkin pajamas — and shares some family beauty news, too.
“Stormi has been talking about, she really wants to straighten her hair, and I’m kind of not into the idea,” said Jenner, 29, adding that she’ll allow the move for Halloween.
“And my birthday!” added Stormi, who wore her hair in box braids in the clip. “You said!”
Fans praised Jenner for her decision in the comments section.
“I love that you want to protect Stormi’s curls, keep it up xx,” one YouTube user wrote, while another added, “I love that Kylie is trying raise stromi (sic) to embrace her curls.”
“The way she embraces her daughters beautiful natural curly hair and encourages her to wear it it curly is so beautiful,” someone else typed.
While Jenner may not approve of straightening her daughter’s hair on a regular basis, she’s allowed Stormi to test-drive her extensive wig collection in the past.
In June, she shared an adorable snap of her firstborn playing on her iPad while wearing a long, bubblegum pink hairpiece, joking that her daughter had gotten into her wig closet.
The mom of two was famous for wearing wild wigs during her “King Kylie” era in the mid-2010s.

As her daughter has grown up, the Kylie Cosmetics founder has spoken about how she adores styling Stormi’s curls.
“I love doing her hair. I’m not the best, but I love learning,” she captioned a 2019 Instagram Story video that showed her brushing the tot’s curls into a tiny ponytail.
“Some of my favorite memories are of my mom doing my hair,” Jenner added.
