Coyote vs Acme has finally hit theaters after a very long road.

The film is a live-action animated comedy film that was initially developed way back in 2018. Back in 2023, Warner Bros. Discovery shelved the movie for a tax write-off, but later reversed its decision following public backlash. It took several negotiations, but Ketchup Entertainment finally got the rights to the movie.

Will Forte, Lana Condor, Luis Guzman, Martha Kelly, P.J. Byrne, Eric Bauza, Kenneth Choi, and John Cena star in the film.

The animated comedy has a runtime of 1 hour 43 minutes (103 minutes), but it’s a good idea to plan ahead if you know you usually need to use the restroom during the film.

We’ve laid out the most optimal times below so you can figure out the best time to go.

Around 15 minute and 30 second mark

This is pretty early in the movie and a good time to go if you’re just settling in and missed your chance to go before the film started. It starts when you hear Buddy Crane laughing menacingly. The moment lasts about three minutes and is easy to explain.

About 47 minutes 45 seconds in

During the scene where Kevin says, “Hey Wile E. Thanks. I’ll see you tomorrow,” users recommend using a small three-minute window to use the restroom. However, some caution that there’s a pretty funny gag in this moment involving a metal detector, so try not to go here unless you really need to.

About 1 hour and 5 minutes into the film

During the moment where the judge dismisses the case and actually says, “Case dismissed.” There is some plot movement here, but it’s minimal and enough to easily get caught up on.
