Charlize Theron appeared in a recent episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, released on July 2, 2025. In the episode, the two discussed Theron’s experiences with dating and her romantic life. The conversation shifted towards the Mad Max: Fury Road actress’s sex life after Cooper asked her for advice.

The 49-year-old claimed she was “the last person” people approached for sexual advice. “I’m sounding very cocky here, but I think it’s because I found this freedom in my forties where I’m like, ‘Oh my god.'” Theron added. “So I just want to say this in perspective.”

Charlize Theron shared that she had “three one-night stands” in her “entire life,” adding that she “recently f—– a 26-year-old.” She called the sexual experience “f—— amazing,” noting she had not done it before.

Cooper responded, calling the unnamed 26-year-old “the luckiest f—— man walking on this god damn planet.” She suggested that the man was changed by his encounter with Theron.

Theron didn’t agree with Cooper’s sentiments but thanked the latter for her words.

The Academy Award winner admitted she was happy to engage in one-night stands, but noted she didn’t “have many of them.” Theron explained that whenever she engaged in one-night stands, she felt regret for not having done it in her 20s.

“I was married from the time that I was, like, having sex to the time that I had my last relationship. Then I had children,” she added. Theron noted that the time spent raising her children, Jackson and August, did not leave room for dating.
