Juan Pablo Arias Muñoz‘s modern western thriller Casa Grande has set a digital release date. The film stars Madison Lawlor alongside Lou Diamond Phillips.

Casa Grande sets digital release date for next week

The digital release date of Casa Grande, the gripping drama from director Juan Pablo Arias Muñoz, is June 2, 2026. Produced by ESX Entertainment and Warner Bros., the film blends family drama with the tension of a western thriller, centering on secrets, survival, and a California ranch caught in the crosshairs of a powerful villain.

Madison Lawlor leads the movie as Hassie Clarkman, a young woman who returns to her family’s struggling California ranch while carrying a deadly secret. Lou Diamond Phillips plays Roy Reyes, a relentless landowner who wants the property for its lucrative lithium deposits and will stop at nothing to get it.

As the Reyes and Clarkman families clash, the story pulls viewers deeper into a web of buried secrets, sabotage, mysterious cattle deaths, and escalating violence. Hassie must ultimately choose between running from her past or standing her ground to protect what remains of Casa Grande.

The movie’s ensemble cast also includes John Pyper-Ferguson, Christina Moore, and Kate Mansi. Further, Javier Bolaños, Daniel Edward Mora, Loren Escandón, Bruce Davison, Shalim Ortiz, Lauren Swickard, and Charly Debenedetti round out the cast. The producers are Ali Afshar, Christina Moore, Daniel Aspromonte, and Ava Rettke, with Lauren Swickard serving as the executive producer.

The film is a continuation of the 2023 Amazon Freevee limited series Casa Grande. It premiered at Napa Valley StreamFest in April, before its theatrical release earlier this month.

Running 113 minutes and rated R for language, violence, and some sexual content, Casa Grande will release on participating digital platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home, on June 2.
