Love was in the air at the Lakers game.
That’s all thanks to Macaulay Culkin and fiancée Brenda Song, who were seated courtside at the Los Angeles game Jan. 23. The low-key couple were all smiles at the event, occasionally holding hands and cheering on the team.
Macaulay and Brenda, who’ve been engaged since 2022, kept their looks cozy and casual. For their date night, the Home Alone star wore a black shirt, denim blue jacket and matching jeans. Meanwhile, Brenda sported a yellow top that featured the late Kobe Bryant on the front and ripped baggy jeans.
The team’s official account also shared a video of the couple enjoying the game on Instagram, referencing Brenda’s iconic line from Disney’s Suite Life of Zach & Cody in the caption, noting, “You mean…the PRNDL?”
In the social media clip, Macaulay—who shares sons Dakota, 3, and Carson, 2, with the Get a Clue star—happily pointed to Brenda while she showcased the trademark L.A. symbol by crossing her hands.
While their appearance at the game together was rare, this served as another basketball outing for Brenda. The Last Showgirl actor has publicly supported the Lakers for years, and even dedicated an Instagram post to Kobe retiring from basketball in April 2016.
“One of my most prized possessions–my ‘09 Lakers Championship ring!” She captioned the 2016 post, which features her kissing the vintage gold ring. “Today is truly the end of an era. Oh Kobe, thank you thank you thank you. Basketball will never be the same. At least for me.”
Fittingly, she wore that piece of jewelry to the recent game.

The pair’s sweet outing comes shortly after Brenda showed love to her growing family with Macaulay. In a Jan. 7 interview with Bustle, Brenda shared insight into their family of four, joking that their kids’ schedules are way more hectic than that of their parents.
“Mack and I are both very antisocial,” she told the publication of her fiancé. “Our kids have more of a social calendar than I will ever have.”
