As Reiki practitioners, we know that every healing session begins long before our hands are placed on ourselves or another person. Preparing our own energy is just as important as the Reiki treatment itself. When we take a few moments to ground, clear our minds, and align with Divine guidance, we become a clearer channel for Reiki to flow where it is needed most.

Consciously inviting the loving presence of the Archangels and Ascended Masters before a Reiki session creates a profound sense of peace, protection, and spiritual support. Their unique qualities complement the Reiki energy beautifully, helping us cultivate balance, clarity, compassion, and a deeper connection to our higher purpose.

This practice is perfect at the start of a healing session for working on your own energies as a healer/individual. You may extend this Sphere to enfold your healing space and everything within.

In this meditation, we will work with several Archangels and Ascended Masters who are believed to support humanity’s ascension as well as each individual’s spiritual journey.

Meet the Divine Beings Who Will Guide This Practice:

Archangel Sandalphon is in charge of the Earth Star Chakra and its development. He is also known as the Tall Angel, as he is so tall that he is a bridge between heaven and earth.

Archangel Gersisa helps with clearing the Earth Star Chakra of humanity so that more divine light and illumination can be grounded on the planet.

Archangel Raphael is the Greatest Healer. And he brings healing and abundance consciousness.

Lord Hilarion is an Ascended Master who in his last lifetime was a gifted healer. He is a part of the Intergalactic Council.

Archangel Zadkiel is in charge of the Violet Flame of transmutation. He helps in transmuting lower energies to bring healing and harmony. He helps develop the Soul Star Chakra.

Lady Nada is helping people develop their intuitive abilities and remember ancient healing techniques.

Archangel Gabriel carries the Ray of purity and helps bring purification, clarity, and focus. He helps in moving forward on your soul path.

Lord Serapis Bey is the keeper of the Ascension Flame; he helped build the pyramids, and he works with the Seraphim.

Archangel Uriel connects us to our inner wisdom and inner peace. He is in charge of the development of the Solar Plexus Chakra, helping us navigate our fears and tap into our deepest wisdom.

Lady Mary Magdalene is here to anchor the Divine Feminine energy; she is a great healer and a part of the Intergalactic Council.

Archangel Metatron is the Prince of Countenance, who is the only Archangel who can look directly at God’s light. His colours are the colours of the sun – gold, orange, deep yellow. He helps develop the Stellar Gateway Chakra.

Seraphim Seraphina is a 12th dimensional angel who helps with the Stellar Gateway Chakra. She can help in building the Antakarana or Rainbow Bridge, and she oversees the Intergalactic Schools with Archangel Metatron.

The following meditation will guide you in creating your own Ascension Sphere of Healing, Illumination, and Protection, surrounding you with light, grounding, guidance, and love as you prepare for your Reiki practice or move through your day.

• Be in a space where you won’t be disturbed.
• Begin by closing your eyes and taking a few slow, deep breaths. Allow yourself to relax and become present in this moment.
• Bring your attention to your breath and hold the intention that with each breath you are breathing into that part of you that is always connected to the Divine. As you strengthen this connection, allow your Personality Self to recede. In this space, you are aware that you are a Divine Sovereign Being of Light.
• Now, invite Archangel Sandalphon and Archangel Gersisa to stand below you. Feel their grounding energy anchoring you deeply into the Earth. Allow their beautiful silver grey light to rise up through your feet, bringing balance, stability, and a strong connection to Earth.
• Call upon Archangel Raphael and Lord Hilarion to stand in front of you. Feel emerald green and orange light flowing toward you, infusing you with perfect healing, abundance consciousness, unconditional love and wellbeing at all levels.
• Invite Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Nada to stand on your right side. Experience their violet-pink light surrounding you, bringing you healing through transmutation, grace, spiritual knowledge, creative power and wisdom.
• Next, invite Archangel Gabriel and Lord Serapis Bey to stand behind you. Allow amethyst white light to surround you, bringing you balance, harmony, confidence, serenity and purification.
• Invite Archangel Uriel and Lady Mary Magdalene to stand to your left side. Feel their radiant indigo-purple golden light filling you with spiritual awareness, divine guidance and healing.
• Now invite Archangel Metatron and the Seraphim Seraphina to stand above you. Feel their magnificent orange-gold light pouring down through your crown chakra, illuminating every part of your being. Allow this sacred light to bring higher wisdom, divine illumination, spiritual protection, and a deeper connection to your soul’s purpose.
• Become aware of all these beautiful rays of light blending around you—silver grey, emerald green-orange, violet pink, amethyst white, indigo purple-gold and orange gold—forming a magnificent sphere of illumination, healing, balance, and protection.
• Take a few moments to sit within this sacred space. Feel safe, supported, grounded, guided, whole and deeply loved. You may hold the intention of being a powerful channel for healing.
• As this sphere becomes brighter and stronger around you, know that it will remain with you, supporting your highest good and protecting your energy as you go through your day.
• When you are ready, thank the Archangels and Masters for their presence, light, and blessings. Ask them to continue guiding, protecting, grounding, and inspiring you, and to bless all that you do. Take a deep breath, gently return your awareness to the room, and open your eyes.

As you return to your day, remember that you never walk your spiritual path alone. Whenever you need guidance, healing, or protection, you can return to this meditation and reconnect with the loving presence of the Archangels and Masters.
